After an overnight flight to Iceland we drove towards the Western Penninsula. The first stop, hot pools in Borgarnes. Hot pools quickly became our favoriate activity. They are everywhere, and all the local pools too are naturally heated from the geothermal water. They are incredibly child friendly too. All the shower rooms have high chairs and baby tubs, bumboo seats etc. so that while you shower you can safely have your baby there too, in the shower with you. It made it much easier with Ike.
