THANK YOU!

Mom and Dad - Thank you so much for coming to visit, and treating us like royalty! In 3 weeks I have not swept or moped the floors, dusted, vacuumed (or cleaned of any sort), cooked a meal, cleaned up a meal, done any laundry, folded or put away any laundry, taken out trash or recycle, or loaded/unloaded dishwasher. And you did more. You bought endles groceries. You took Solari and me clothes shopping. You mowed our lawn, trimmed back dead foliage, organized our garage, swept our garage, childproofed our laundry shoot, took out our A/C unit and installed the winter storm windows. You planted some fall flowers, and decorated our front porch with halloween decor. My dad (along with many of the tasks above) crafted by hand some kitchen corner cabinets along with built extra shelving in our pantry. It is life changing. I am so impressed by his carpentry skills.

They took care of Solari on the days I worked, and managed to get a lot lof stuff done around the house too (this makes me look bad :). They changed a lot of diapers, put Solari down for her naps (and allowed for me to nap too), gave Solari baths, had music and dance lessons together, and so much more-I'll spare you from listing everything!
They are truly amazing and I am so thankful they are my parents and Solaris grandparents!! Thanks for all you did, and I hope you can have some relaxation time while at the house in Calistoga! Love you!!

Headless Friends

This was too cute, Solari went right up to these manequins and held their hands.

Today was a perfect fall day, so we enjoyed a hike in the gorge.

Bubble Fun

Bubble machines are the best. I think Mo'orea likes bubbles as much or even more than Solari (and Solari loves bubbles so that says something!)

Touch Down

Practicing for when the Packers score a touch down!

Oaks Park

Although her facial expression does not capture it, she really did LOVE the park and merry go round!
