Happy Birthday to my sis-Ashley

We love you!

Bluebird and warm on Saturday. Slopes to ourselves on Sunday (seriously two runs with absolutely no one on chair lift between runs). It was a perfect weekend.

Ike Update

Ike has really taken a liking to eating these past few days, just as the doctor ordered. His goal is to gain 1 pound in 6 weeks.

9 Months and eating butter

Ike turned 9 months on Monday. He had his routine check up that day. He aced the developmental screenings, but nearly flunked for his weight. He weighs in at 15 pounds 14 ounces, the 1%. He is on a strict diet of breastmilk and full fat foods. He has never cared to eat, until tonight-egg yolk mashed with butter. He chowed like I have never seen. We might be on to something.

We got snow (and rain) in Portland

Beautiful snow (about 3 inches) followed by wet wet rain. We still had fun this morning walking and playing in the snow/rain!

Arizona Part 1

Fritz and Solari spent the weekend in Arizona, visiting their grand/great grandparents. They had a blast. Solari was apparently incredibly cute with B and Opi. Opi thought Solari was a great companion, and B loved watching her and having Solari's enthusiasm around.
