Last weekend Chiron made a quick visit to see us. It was too short, but glad he made it!!

Last weekend Solari turned a half a year old. On that day, she mastered crawling. Within this past week she has already started to pull herself up. Oh no. She is going to be a wild one, just like her mother. Apparently I was walking by pushing furniture at 8 months and climbing onto the counters.....

The Salt Block

While my dad was here, he got a salt block from the The Meadow (a salt-chocolate-wine-flowers) on Mississippi. He cooked up some delicious steak and scallops. It is pretty neat, you just put this massive brick of salt right on the stove top.
