Memorial Day Weekend

We picnicked

We napped, as a family!

We hiked, and let Mo'orea fetch sticks in the Deschutes River.

We stayed in this tiny cute cabin in Maupin!

We explored Dufur. We love it.

We went Mt Biking in the Mt Hood National Forrest.

We played at the park in Hood River.

And more importantly, we remembered those who have served for us.

We received another beautiful Paolo Soleri bell from Fritz's godmother. She was moving from Seattle to NM, and thought we should have it. We had been out biking, and came home to find the amazing bell with a note on our porch. We were very touched. And of course Solari loves it!

Daddy Days

This week, Fritz and Solari went to a community center to swim. They had a bonus, an open play session in the gym. Solari loved all the bikes, and watching all the other kids play!

We love Frieda, and Solari LOVES her Frieda!!! Thanks for everything you do, and of course the fun art easel!!!!

Neighborhood Chickens

There are lots of neighbors with chickens in the Overlook hood. They often run free around their yard. I love this, except when I have Mo'orea who wants to hunt them down. Solari loves them, and waves and blows kisses to them!

Mt Biking Again

Ever since we got the new truck and the new chariot, we have been Mt Biking every weekend. Here we are taking a little stretch break. So much fun, and a great workout.

I'm Back!

I finally got a new computer (to replace the one our dog launched from the couch). Soon to come are pictures from Solari's 1st Birthday weekend!

Daddy Days

Wednesdays are the days Solari and Fritz get to spend together, without mom! They do all sorts of fun things, like go to the zoo, go swimming, have lunch dates with Fritz's friends etc. They love it. How special is that?

Mothers Day

On Mothers day we went for a beautiful Mt bike ride, at a secret spot near Portland. I have no photos that capture the ride, just the moments after!
