Never ever did I think my 9 week old baby girl would be able to have a ponytail. Nor did I think I would like pink, ruffles, baby barrets and ponytails as much as I do.

3rd Anniversary

On the eve of our third anniversary (and 8 years actually together) we went to Nuestra Cocina to celebrate!

Love It: Jamison Square Park

Yesterday I went to Jamison Square Park (Pearl District) with some friends. The park is a fountain with a shallow tidal pool, and water that cascades over stones into the pool. One day Solari is going to have so much fun running around in this water.

Solari's First Wedding

This weekend Solari attended her 1st wedding, at Black Butte Ranch in Sisters, Oregon. It was also her fist night away from home. She was a complete gem. She slept through the ceremony, woke for dinner, and slept the rest of the night.

Off to the Sunday morning brunch, in the adorable sling from MZ and ED. Solari loves it. Thanks!

We woke up early Sunday morning to go for a nice long run/walk around the property.

On our way to the wedding. Solari wore a very special dress. It was her grandfathers (Molly's father) baptismal dress. Unfortunately we do not have a good close up photo of it, but there will be one soon as she will be wearing the dress again to her next wedding in just a few weeks.

Roots

I know, not the best picture. But I think this is so unique. Solari is not loosing any hair, not even her dark hair. She is just getting roots-blond roots. Her hair is about 2-2.5 inches long, and she has 3/4 inch of bleach blond roots. I bet there are many jealous women out there.

Growing like a weed

Today Solari had her two month appointment. She is growing fast. She is 24.5 inches tall (99th %) and 10lbs 14oz (65%).
